Refunds

hushtype is a one-time purchase ($11.99 at launch until 18 November 2026, 18:30 UTC, then $21.99), so we keep refunds simple.

• 7 days from purchase, we refund if hushtype has a verified problem on your Mac that we cannot fix. Email hello@tealmac.com with your order email and what happens.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually take 5 to 10 business days.
• A full refund turns the licence key off, and a refunded key no longer downloads or activates. A partial refund keeps it.
• A chargeback ends the licence.
