Terms of use
Plain-language terms between you and tealmac for pinhole.
The licence
- The free trial gives you every feature for 1 day, once per Mac.
- A paid licence lets one person use pinhole on 1 Mac at a time, for as long as you like, including every update to the current major version.
- You can move your licence to another Mac by deactivating the old one in Settings › Licence.
- Don't share, resell or publish licence keys, or try to get around the licence check.
Your content
Everything you capture or record is yours and stays on your Mac; we never receive it. You're responsible for having the right to capture what you capture and to use it the way you do.
Payments and refunds
A licence is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The first 50 licences sell at the launch price of $6.99, then $9.99. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also emails your licence key. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make pinhole reliable, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence.
