Terms of use
Plain-language terms between you and tealmac for hovernotch.
The licence
- hovernotch needs a licence key to run; the download alone opens only the activation screen.
- A paid licence lets one person use hovernotch on 1 Mac at a time, for as long as you like, including every update to the current major version.
- You can move your licence to another Mac by deactivating the old one in Settings › Licence.
- Don't share, resell or publish licence keys, or try to get around the licence check.
Your content
Your shelf, clipboard history, notes and agent sessions are yours and stay on your Mac; we never receive them. Apps you allow through the hovernotch SDK act on your behalf; you can revoke them any time in Settings › Integrations.
Payments and refunds
A licence is a one-time payment, not a subscription. During launch week, until 25 Oct, a licence costs $6.99; after that it is $11.99. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also emails your licence key. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Warranty and liability
We work hard to make hovernotch reliable, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence.
